Greg Fawcett, D.D.S.
Professional Experience & Education:
Dr. Greg Fawcett was born and raised in Renton, Washington on the Lake Washington property that his great-grandfather homesteaded in 1870. After graduating from Hazen High School in 1971, he attended the University of Washington where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1975 and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the U.W. School of Dentistry in 1981. He met his wife, Dr. Sabra Fawcett, during an undergraduate physics class at the U.W. when they were both taking their pre-dental requirements, and they were married five years later while attending dental school together.

After graduating from dental school in 1981, Greg joined his wife in the Fall City dental practice. He also worked several years at Joe Whiting Memorial Children’s Dental Health Clinic in West Seattle and Echo Glen Children’s Dental Clinic in Snoqualmie, where he gained valuable experience in surgery, endodontics, and working with the special needs of both young children and teens. Currently Greg is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and the Seattle-King County Dental Society. He also makes Continuing Dental Education a top priority in his office, attending many dental seminars and classes each year to stay abreast of current advances in the dental profession, especially in technology and dental materials.

Sabra Fawcett, D.D.S.
Professional Experience & Education:
Dr. Sabra Fawcett grew up in Minnesota where she graduated from Glenwood High School in 1970. She then attended Seattle University, graduating Magna cum Laude in 1974 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the U.W. School of Dentistry in 1980, at which time her professors selected her for the American Society of Dentistry for Children Award, as well as for membership in Delta Sigma Delta International Dental Honors Society. She served four years on the Dental School Admissions Committee as her class representative after receiving an appointment by the Dean, she has taught as a clinical instructor for the Dept. of Restorative Dentistry, and she has served on the Board of Directors for the Washington State Society of Dentistry for Children.

Sabra started the Fall City dental practice after graduating from dental school and was joined a year later by her husband, Greg. She has been passionate about dental care for children, actively promoting this in her community. Each February during National Children’s Dental Health Month she and her staff visit local schools with puppets, skits, and movies for an interactive presentation to 800 children. In addition, they host an annual Preschool Open House to introduce young children to dentistry. Sabra was acknowledged for her many years of efforts by the Seattle-King County Dental Society with a front page photo story. Although Sabra has “retired” from seeing patients, she remains active in the Alpine Dental Study Club attending monthly meetings with a small group of her classmates and devoting full-time hours to managing the dental practice, as well as to family property management.

Neal Bastian, D.D.S., M.S.D
Professional Experience & Education:
After completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at Brigham Young University, Dr. Bastian returned to the beautiful Pacific Northwest for his dental training. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington, graduating in the top of his class. He received numerous awards and accolades including induction to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society, Earl C. Maston Scholarship for Excellence in Operative Dentistry, and the WSDA Presidential Scholarship.  He then continued his education, specializing in orthodontics at the UW and earning his Master of Science in Dentistry, and certificate in Orthodontics.  His research focused on athletic mouthguards for the orthodontic patient.  Dr. Bastian also has extensive training in clear braces, Damon System®, Invisalign®, TAD’s (temporary anchorage device), and Laser gingival surgery.  He is passionate about learning, constantly finding ways to improve his patient’s experiences with faster, more comfortable, and more reliable orthodontic therapy.

Hobbies & Interests: Dr. Bastian and his wife are natives of Snohomish and feel blessed to be able to work and raise their children in the PNW. Outside of life at Sullivan Orthodontics, Dr. Bastian has three of the sweetest kids and the greatest wife imaginable. He loves playing pickelball and swinging the golf clubs with his two oldest, Mr. Wilson and Mads (Madison). His youngest, Annabelle (Anna, Banna, Banjo, Angie, Annalita, and self-proclaimed Mini-Whack) is his true sidekick and is often swinging from his neck. As a UW Husky through and through, Dr. B thought it necessary to add another member to the family, a Siberian Husky pup, Masha.  He loves to spend time striving for the greenest “crabgrass-free” yard or at the YMCA shooting hoops.  Sometimes, he can be found watching Filipino Soap Operas to freshen up on his Tagalog which he is fluent in after living in Manila for two years.  If it’s warm and sunny out, you’re guaranteed to find the Bastian family in the water at any of the nearby lakes.  Dr. Bastian’s family is his life and his true happiness is the relationships he has with the many amazing members of the Fall City community.
